Soil declaration

Every load delivered to LG Recycling needs an approved declaration. Complete one per source site. It takes about 10 minutes, and your progress saves on this device as you go.

We can't accept asbestos, reportable priority waste or waste acid sulfate soil. Not sure your material is suitable? Use the soil checker or ask us first.

    By signing, I declare that:

    1. The information in this form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
    2. I am the waste producer, or a representative duly appointed by the waste producer.
    3. All material delivered will come only from the address and stockpiles nominated above.
    4. The material has been assessed and does not contain reportable priority waste.
    5. The material does not contain asbestos or asbestos-containing material.
    6. LG Recycling may inspect and reject any material that doesn't match this declaration or its acceptance criteria.
    7. The waste producer indemnifies LG Recycling against costs arising from material that doesn't meet the acceptance criteria, including plant, labour, disposal fees and regulatory penalties.
